How do I download my blood pressure entries using the data link port? I plugged my Walgreeens blood pressure monitor into my computer using a USB cable but my computer does not recognize the device. Do I need to download a driver or something?
Health & Beauty - Walgreens - By Homedics Automatic Blood Pressure Monitor 1ea
Go to www.healthvault.com, select "Discover Apps and Devices", select "Browse by Category", select your device and download the software and follow the instructions. You will need to set-up a Microsoft account and once this is done you can upload the readings from the device. Then you can print, export, etc. This works for HoMedics BPA-110 and Walgreens blood pressure monitors.
There is no "live" link to get any software for the USB datalink. Support for this never materialized. That's why it is not mentioned in the manual. Sorry, I have one too; highly disappointed.
