Tensioner pulley is located on passenger side head, just behind the fan shroud. There is a pivoting catch that will hold the tensioner in the "loose" position so the belt can be removed or installed.

Stand on ladder or on the passenger side tire and pull up on the belt, Reach down and press the keeper in while holding tension on the belt. Release tension down on to the keeper. When belt is reinstalled, pull up on the belt to release tension from the keeper and release. The keeper will pop back into normal position and the tensioner will tighten against the belt.
