How do I fix a wobbly Hyosung fuel tank?

My Hyosung GT650 Comet has a wobbly fuel tank. I cannot see an obvious place where it is attached? How do I tighten?

With seat removed, rear bolt(s) removed fuel pipes disconnected remove tank and make sure the two rubber grommets are still there.

I suspect one is missing.
