Possibly the cranshaft position sensor or the ecm or faulty wiring can cause a no spark condition as well BUT you said you saw a spark so that rules them out. The codes will still be there if you do not clear them. Try clearing the codes install your new ignition parts & charge the battery fully. Then try to start again.
