HOW DO I FIX ERROR 0X05
PRINTER IS FROZEN WITH ERROR 0X05. THERE IS NO PAPER JAM ANYWHERE. I HAVE SHUT IT DOWN & RESTARTED, UNPLUGED IT & RESTARTED & IT IS STILL FROZEN. HOW DO I CLEAR IT, PLEASE.
