How do I fix my Changhong 49 Class Ultra HD LED TV? Model number UD49YC5500UA
My TV picture just stopped working. The audio works fine but no video. I have tried different inputs too changing to HDMI1, HDMI2 ect....same issue no video but have audio with no problems. What part do I need to order to fix my TV? thanks

Did you try to clear the memory and reset the unit to the factory default settings then re scan and reset your TV and Video settings
also have known of Set Top and Converter boxes going bad and only being able to receive audio through HDMI but get full video through component or S-video connection give it a try before you buy any parts !

direct tv set top box is good hdmi cable is good. no way to factory reset tv. still have no picture. and audio is good
I been trying to find parts on this TV is it New not much info or sellers out their, I guess its over a year or you would have warranty Repair I checked your manual and as I suspected Your TV does have factory reset it is on page 17 of the manual

without having your TV in front of me a little hard to describe the details, but if you try the reset and are unable to perform it I could try to talk you thru it Also if Your willing to try New TV setup It cam be tricky Many PC controlled TV's will Reset to Shipping mode if You unplug the TV wait about 20 -30 seconds for the TV circuits to discharge then hold the power or volume button in while plugging TV back in ( caution write down as many settings as you can view off Your set up menus before doing this as you can loose everything
Now as far as parts go Its hard to tell with out doing testing power supplies put out multiple voltages and types of current to your system part of it could be bad. Digital video processor ? LED Board or the mainboard or a T-Con-M could not be outputting correctly
