I hope it was clean water! You should be able to pop the screen off by using a knife on the edge and gently pry all the way around until the screen comes loose, then dry out. Whenever anything electronic is soaked in water, the first thing one should do is disconnect the battery; too late now, but perhaps it will not hurt. If power is connected, electrolysis takes place which can ruin the circuit board and/or components. Dry naturally, or with a hair dryer (not a lot of heat), and you may be okay.
