How do I fix my Nexus 5? Lately it has some problems with reading the sim
In practice, while I'm using the phone, or also while it is in the pocket, it seems like to reject the sim, asking every time the PIN. Ones inserted, it works for a while, then nothing, we're back to square one and the mobile does the same thing as before. It's something annoying because while I'm talking to the phone due to this issue my calls are interrupted, or a lot of times people try to call/message me but I do not have the sim inserted.. anyone?

Try cleaning the connections on the sim card and receptacle
as the card is under the battery ( normally) may a bit of paper under the battery to hold the sim card solid in place
