How do I fix my Samsung Galaxy core prime from having no signal? Should I receive another phone?
I used my phone over a week. It worked fabulous. I went to work next day and learned I had no signal. I haven't had a signal since.. I have no minutes as I am writing because of the phone not working. Is there anything that can be done for this phone? If not, I have receipt where I purchased the phone.

Sound like you are in aeroplane mode just go t o network settings and see if you have. Selected a network provider
It isn't in airplane mode
