How do I fix the Advance Lever if it is stuck?

I have tried rolling the sprocket wheel and take up spool manually but it won't advance, any suggestions?

Remove bottom cover and check for loose screw jamming the transport/cocking levers. Also check to make sure the advance shaft screw has not come loose.
