How do I fix when my tuck starts up it goes up to 3000 rpm then shuts down. I put a new throttle value on it

After I start it up again its idles up and down.It is idling from 500 rpm to 1000. What should I do ?

If you didn't change the throttle position sensor, try that. There are a few other possible causes, so also check for any DTCs using a code reader.
