I want to get to the gold mine and it says I need to get a carriage and I cant get one until I own all the orange cities. I do own all the buildings in the orange city but cant find out how to get the carriage. If having a ring around the city means I own it I have a problem. One of the cities I own doesnt have a ring how can I get one.
