How do I get at the front brake manifold that has rear brake line attached

I cant seem to find the manifold where the lines attach. my rear brake has been removed but the line from the front brake is still there.

Should not be a manifold line should be direct from resevoir to front ,off hand lever.hand lever controls front and rear,pedal controls rear
