The first thing is to consider what DAB signal quality you have there. It might not be strong enough. Digital radio is not like AM/FM, it simply goes off altogether if the signal is weak.
I would take it to the shop and ask for assistance, or get next to a DAB radio which does work well. Then recheck things like settings, tuning, and a good battery in it (I think that model is a smallish radio?)
