Hi. I am currently having a problem with my digital pen. I am hoping someone can help me solve this problem. So here are the details: I bought this item last year and I installed it with the usual way. Followed all the procedures with the driver software and the installation of the hardware itself and it worked fine all of the time last year. But at the end of the year, I got kinda busy so I wasn't able to use this device for a while. But back when I started using it again (just this year), I wondered why it started giving me problems. It started with flickers in the cursor, then in another occasion it would right click by itself and the buttons started to not work properly. But those issues didn't last very long as it eventually went back to normal suddenly, I don't know how and why. Then just this month, I thought I wanted to use it again so I did. But when I plugged it in my USB port, I wondered why the pen tip is not working. I cannot click anything anymore. I can move and hover the cursor everywhere as long as the tip does not touch the surface of the tablet but when it does, the cursor stops moving. The buttons are okay and I think the battery is fine too since I didn't really use it for quite a while. The only problem is the pen tip. I already tried reinstalling the driver, changed the pen tip with newer ones, attached and removed the tablet many times but the problem is still there. If I can recall correctly, I don't remember changing any of the settings from the first time I adjusted it last year. Also, I am currently using the 2015 drivers which I think is the latest driver software so far. I am also using a 32-bit Windows 7 OS. Anyone here encountered the same problem and solved it? Please tell me how to fix this issue. I would very much appreciate it. Thank you.
