I just bought a pair of Skullcandy Hesh Mic1 headphones and when I plugged them into my laptop, it recognizes that there are headphones plugged in but the sound is still played through the comp. speakers. When I run an audio test I hear it through the headphones but any program I run uses the comp. speakers. They work fine with my Droid smart phone but not my Dell laptop...what should I do?
