How do I get the books that I downloaded from Amazon thru Book Bub when they have already taken the cost of the books out of my account? I do have the invoice numbers
I ordered 7 books since Aug., 18, 2016 and not one has been downloaded to my Kindle

Notify customer service and advise of missing products and if their is or was a problem with the downloading or request of the product
Go thru this checklist of items to ensure that you have not missed anything that would keep the books from being downloaded.....
