How do I get the wiper arm off the shaft????? I am replacing the wiper motor on a 2003 saturn ion. I have taken the nut off but the wiper arm is pressed down on the motor shaft. I have sprayed some wd40 and letting it set over night

The WD-40 should help, try wiggling the arm back and forth. You might try to find a small bearing puller or battery terminal puller.
