Take a pic w/ your phone to remember where stuff goes like the belt on various pulleys. You likely will need to remove the power steering reservoir above it and still the 'view' will be tight. 2007-10 are all pretty identical. SO don't sweat the yr. Does your CRV have a separate belt for the power steering pump? If it does, (LIKELY!) remove the belt before removing the serpentine belt. There's are top and lower mounting bolts for the power steering pump. Remove/loosen top bolt with a wrench. But DON'T take off the lower mounting bolt, just loosen it enough so it swings pump to side and loosen the belt. This will relieve the power-steering belt tension. Remove PS belt. Loosen the pivot bolt of the idler pulley bracket through the slot of the pulley. Loosen the adjusting-bolt lock nut of the idler pulley bracket through the slot of the pulley.Unscrew the idler pulley adjusting-bolt just enough to release the serpentine belt tension. May need a 'bar' long extension to 'adjust.' Remove the serpentine belt. Reverse.
Tip: When applying your 14mm (I think) to the bolts use a 'cheater' like a 1 ft length of black pipe that fits over the wrench, of another wrench or extension to get the wrench on the bolt. here's a manual that DOESN'T have the belt in it BUT you never know owning the car maybe something else can help?! https://techinfo.honda.com/rjanisis/pubs/om/AWA090/AWA0909OM.pdf
