Double click the "My Computer" icon on your desktop or use your start menu to navigate to "Computer" or "My Computer."
From there you should see a list of drives connected to your computer. Select the one that is your CD/DVD drive (it may have the icon of the CD inserted).
Double click that and it may either begin the installation or open a folder to the drive. If the installation begins then simply follow the prompts. If it opens a folder to the disc then look for something resembling the following:
Setup Install Autorun
Or it may be the name of the program itself. It will likely have an "exe" extension (although your computer may be set up not to show filename extension). If you see one that seems like the right name double clicking will start it and you can then follow the prompts to install it.
