How do I install scanner driver? No installation disc
I acquired an old Afga 1212u USB scanner for a disabled friend of mine who uses Win 98. I found the supposed driver online, downloaded it (zip file) supposedly exracted it inti two different files and now I don't know what to do. Win 98 recognizes new hardware but cannot find driver. What do I do so it can find and install the software? HELP!

If one of the two driver files is a .exe then run that and it should do the rest for you. If the files are .ini or similar then you need to goto control panel, device manager and look for the item with the yellow exclamation mark next to it. Right click and choose install or update. If it asks if you want to install manually click yes, when it asks where to look for the file click browse and locate the two driver files you have. Click ok and it should install successfully.
