How do I load Windows up so I can uninstall the offending program?
I have recently installed Trend Micro Internet Security PRO 2009 on my Windows Vista laptop and when I start the computer up the screen freezes and I can't uninstall the program to fix the problem.

Can you try to start your laptop up in safe mode?
Press F8 during boot then select start in safe mode.
This should allow you to load windows and uninstall the application
If this does not fix, please post more info
Please rate if fix.
Try rebooting the computer and press F8 at one second intervals before the Windows splash screen shows up and select Safe Mode. If it boots try to uninstall it from there.
Start Your Computer In Safe Mode With Networking.
For That Restart Your Computer And Then Start Tapping F8 Until You See The Windows Advance Options Menu which would have the option of Safe Mode With Networking so highlight it using the UP/DOWN ARROW KEYS and then hit enter when u r on the USERNAME sceen choose the administrator account and boot to windows.....

After You Removed The Program then Remove Revo Uninstaller Itself So That Everything Is Fine...
Delete The %Temp% and Prefetch Files As Well..
Restart Your System..
In Case You Are Not Able To Install The Revo Uninstaller But Able To Boot To desktop Try System Restore To Remove The Program...
Start --> All Programs --> Accessories --> System Tools --> System restore --> Click Any Date Before The Date When You Install The Program And Which Is Highlighted As System Resotre Point..
