How do I overcome a fault on my 1500 watt power inverter (RPPI-1500W) from ROADPRO? When I toggle the power switch "on" only the red fault light comes on. I've removed the power and reconnected the power. Is there an internal fuse or some other component to check?

There is a relay inside the unit. The sensing circuit causes a relay to close and this is what gives you the light and turns off the power. The relay is stuck or the sensing circuit is bad.
That actually sounds like a capacitor is bad.. I would try another inverter, sorry about that.
