Consult your mainboard manual for memory compatibility. You can find slots for RAM in your mainboard, usually oriented vertically. Just remove the existing memory (unhook the ends) and see to it that the notch in your new memory coincides with the projection in the memory slot. Hold the new memory modules by the edges and make sure you hear the "click" (it gets hooked at the oposite ends) indicating the memory modules are properly settled. All these must be done with your computer unplugged.
