To avoid problems playing audio files, it is always best to sync the player using windows media player. Connect your mp3 player to the computer. Open windows media player and press the sync button at the top. Drag and drop the audio files you want to put on your player into the sync list. Once done, press the start sync button and the audio files will be transferred to the player.
Let me know if it worked or if you need more help. Sai.
Perhaps it shows on your computer because it's ready to download to your mp3 player?
Does your mp3 player software have a "sync" feature?
Also, try playing the file on your computer. Does it work? What did it need to play it?
You dont have anything on your mp3 player? Ok. So this is a new unit with no songs or anything on it. Maybe sending a song or two to check the unit out. It might just be defective?Your audiobook file is in mp3 format?

If you have already downloaded it on your player it should be there on your mp3 units playlist. Find the file and hit play right?
If you downloaded it in a format other than mp3 you may need to load it onto a computer and reformat to mp3 before putting it back on your mp3 unit.
