If you have the regular key that you originally used and are just adding a key then all you need to do is.Install the original in the ignition and turn the key on but do not start the vehicle.Remove the key and within 10 seconds install the new key and turn the ignition on.The vehicle has now learned the new key.You should be able to start the vehicle with both keys.If you don`t have the original key then there is a 10 minute relearn that has to be done with a scan tool.This is the way it is done at the dealerships.Hope this helps.Let me know if you have any more questions.Good luck.

Sorry short answer but this is a dealer only diagnostic machine only on any vehicle newer than 2005 .So book it into the dealer .
