How do I re-wire a fuel pump with relay and fuse without using ecm wire
I will run Fuel pump ground wire to chassis ground. The fuel pump + wire to NO pin on relay. I will run Batter to fuse to the COMM pin on relay. I will run chassis ground to one of the coil pins on relay. Where should I grab power for the other pin on the coil without using the original wire from the ECM? I need this to activate the relay on Accessory from Ignition.

If i wire the fuel pump hot the car will start ??? It does or are you asking if it will ?
You asked about starting fluid. It does run if i put power directly to FP
