To whom it may concern, When you set an event to record you will be prompted as to whether or not you'd like it to record on tuner one or two. Simply select tuner two. Best of luck Dish guy

If you have a DVR with a dual tuner (you can check that your room is the correct room, by hitting menu twice in the TV2 location and it will show the receiver model number) the correct model numbers are 622, 722, 922. The default setting is to record all programs with the TV2 location unless two things are being recorded simultaneously. To set up a new recording from the TV2 location, follow the same steps used at the TV1 location: Find the desired program in the Program Guide, highlight the program that is not airing now, hit SELECT on the remote, verify that your settings are correct, and select DVR on the right side of the screen. You should then see a small window over the program guide that tells you that your receiver is searching for eligible programs to record, then you should see an icon indicating that the program is set to record (or is ineligible with a red x on a grey circle, based on your settings like only new episodes, or a scheduling conflict with other recordings).
