You need to remove injector first.Soak around it with penetrating oil each day and obtain specialised injector removal tool (Hutso's Precision Components in UK-may still list on ebay).The amount of pressure this tool exerts on rocker cover may break it,so factor in a new cover.You may need to tap threads into top lugs for trim panel to attach(I had to...) Some workshops (including MB ones)use acid-base solvent to free injector-not good for alloy head. Injector top needs removing to use tool and pulling force of tool may stretch internal thread of injector body,necessitating new injector.You may need MB shop to reface seat in head for new injector seat seal.Good luck,take care and save the head.good luck :)
