Removed trim, rubber grommit on door sill, turned screw and lock barrel comes straight out. But then the handle is meant to slide back a little, and the handle just lifts off. But my handle does not move at all. Not sure if there is a missing step I have missed to release/unlock the door handle before it moves back and out?
