How do I remove the headlamp unit on a Jaguar S type 2001 I can only see two nuts one top centre and one to the left and three or four inches lower slightly to the right of the main beam looking from the front of the car

Front bumper requires removal to gain acsess to the lower 10mm bolts. Bumper comes off by removing the 2 10mm bolts on the top of the bumper then unscrew the 2 T30 screws in the front wheel arch liner (bumper side) and then you will be able to see a 10mm bolt reversed into a bracket at the top of the bumper from a inside veiw, remove and repeat for the other side. Then its 3 10mm bolts that secure the front under tray (if yours has one). Then there will be another 10mm bolt to the wing side of the headlamp from a above veiw. Bumper should then just pull off and watch for the connector for the fog lamp harness.
Just the 2 lower headlamp bolts andit should pull from its housing
