1 remove the tire 2 remove the large shaft nut in the middle of the hub 3 remove the two nut and bolts that hold the strut to the spindle let it drop down 4 push the shaft thru the hub, this will be tight but you can do it 5 look at the gap between the shaft and transmission. then pry the other end of the shaft out of the transmission 6 install new shaft, make sure it goes all the way in. it has a clip and some time is a little difficult to get in. if you have to hit use a block of wood on the theaded end as not to damage it 7 reinstall the rest in reverse order
