Need to know what engine is on the blower not the blower itself. On most engines If it is a single cylinder, just detach the plug wire and follow it to under the top cover...you will need to remove that cover to get to the coil, it is attached via two bolts or screws and has a gap between the coil and the flywheel..if you have a feeler gage note the clearance and mark it down and remove the coil with wire attached and replace with a new one and set the clearance and tighten down..note if you do not have a feeler gauge use a standard business card as your clearance just set it so the card can be easly removed and then tighten the screws..and reassemble should fix the problem..good luck..
