How do I replace rollers that are too slick to feed paper properly and from where can I purchase said rollers?
Rollers roll, paper sometimes feeds without help but usually needs a little tapping on the top to be fed entirely or at all. I have to watch the scanning process from start to end to try and stave off feeding errors. Often get an error stating that there is a paper jam, but what happened is that the paper only feeds through partially. Thank you, edsager
