OK - remove the 2 screws on the bottom, then to open the unit you have to unclip the end panels... from the back, use an old card of some sort (I just used a hotel room key) If you need to, cut a slight angle on an edge to let you force it into the groove. slide it about, pushing outwards and you should find the ends will un clip. there are then 2 more screws on either end to un do. The back then carefully unclips from the top and bottom panel. the battery is then free to be replaced.
