Place your laptop in such a way that the rear part is exposed.
Unscrew the locks of the covers to remove the covers and eventually expose your laptop's motherboard.
The battery is situated in the motherboard and it looks like a battery of a watch.
Remove the said battery and find a replacement of exactly the same kind and specification like 3.0V or something that is printed in the battery itself.
I'm sorry for this very delayed reply. Actually, there are 2 types of laptop's CMOS battery. One is the cell type and the other one is the enclosed battery type.
You can try to search google for the different types of this batteries. Choose image search so that you will only see images. Also, I posted below an enclosed battery type that you might have found in your laptop.
