How do i replace the manual window regulator on my 93 geo tracker. i have the replacement regulator. please explain in terms of someone who has never done this before. for starters: I tried removing the inside panel on the door(driver side) but i don't know how to release the window crank. That is as far as i am. Thanks so much

There is a sort of U shaped clip that is behind the fat round part of the handle where it meets the door panel. You will have to push the door panel back so you can see it. You can use a small screw driver to push this clip off. Once removed you can take off the door panel. The part you are going to change is the same part the handle was attached to. All you have to do is remove the bolts holding it to the door and and slide the rollers off of the rail at the bottom of the window. Don`t drop the window. Without the regulator it could drop to the bottom of the door and break. Install the new one the same way the old one came off. It is easier than it sounds.
