First I will refer to instructions for the KM-5035 which is the same copier as the CS-5035. The instructions, utilities and manuals are interchangeable.
It depends on what information you are looking to program.
If you want to input Scan to Email - email addresses or scan to PC - addresses directly into the network card so they show up on the copier display you can do it from your computer web browser.
If you put the scanner card IP address into the web browser like yo would enter a website address it will open up the scanner network card and if yo look down the left side of the webpage there are links to take you to the correct page to input the information you need to.
You can also use Kyocera's Scanner Address Editor to load this information. This is a utility that can be downloaded to your computer and then run to input the information. You can download the utility from this link http://usa.kyoceramita.com/americas/jsp/Kyocera/resource_details.jsp?pid=11783&rid=17521.
For Fax numbers you can not load them from the web browser but you can load them from Kyocera's Address Editor for Fax. You can download the utility from this link http://usa.kyoceramita.com/americas/jsp/Kyocera/resource_details.jsp?pid=11783&rid=17669.
You can also add fax numbers and email addresses from the copier's operation panel
To download manuals go to Kyocera's website at this link http://usa.kyoceramita.com/americas/jsp/Kyocera/download_center.jsp?pid=11783&pcat=10564&rcid=10009&rscid=10028.
The Scan System Operations Guide covers the use of the utilities.
Let me know if you need more information. Also you can find useful setup information at www.gfbm.net.
