As you can see, there is a reset button. From USR website:
To restore the factory default settings, use a paperclip to press in and hold the RESET button for five to ten seconds. If the RESET button is pressed for less than five seconds, the Wireless MAXg Router will reboot.
The other method to restore the factory default settings is to press in and hold the RESET button on the Wireless MAXg Router for between five and ten seconds. You will lose all of your personal settings if you restore the factory default settings. You can use a Pen or a Paper Clip to do it. After that you can now check if you will be able to access the GUI of the route by typing 192.168.2.1 on the address bar of your browser. You will not be prompted to login the first time you connect to the Web User Interface during the initial setup. During the Setup Wizard procedure, you will be prompted to create a user name and password to log on to the router. If you create a user name and password, you will need to use these whenever you want to log on to the Wireless MAXg Router. The user name and password are case-sensitive.
