How do I reset the card-print counter on an Eltron P420C
Hi,
I've replaced the printhead on an Zebra/Eltron P420C ID Card-Printer.
However, I was hoping someone could tell me how to reset the existing `card print count` to zero.
I've selected `Properties` of the printer but don't seem to see the option to do this, even though I have saw the option before on another P420C on a different PC, i.e. via the properties it shows a tab to click to `Reset Card Count`. I can't seem to find it though on my own set-up.

U select the properties and search for tabs like card count,details etc and reset thecount to 0.im not sure about this answer this may work or may not be.
