First find a small stick (toothpick?), then turn on the unit (O/I button). Now hold hold down the DATE/TIME button for 2 seconds. Use the up arrow and down arrow (beside the display), to adjust the date. Holding down the arrow button will fast forward. Use the DATE/TIME to move to the month and day, with the arrow buttons you can adjust.
