How do I retrieve my photo's back after resetting my phone?

I sett the reset button and didn't know it would remove my photo's from Media gallery.

If you were using a backup service such as google+ photos, you will be able to retrieve them. However if you didn't have them backed up then I'll afraid youve lost your photos.
