I can't figure out how to set our greeting message so that when someone calls in, they can choose press x for our office hours. The phone was set-up many years ago, and there are old recordings set up so that when I tried to create a new prompt and record a secondary message, the old message kept playing. I don't understand the selector codes or the automated attendant number 1-4. We use five extensions for voicemails, and our system currently allows callers to dial those extensions directly to leave voicemail.
