If it's brand new, go back to where your purchased it and ask the salespeople for instructions. You can try to look up the instructions via the manufacturer's website as well. Also, search (or ask in person) if there is a preset combination that is set by the factory. Start by spinning the tumblers to 000/0000 or 123/0123/1234/etc. depending on how many digits/dials. If factory set to 024/135 for this example, align the lock tumblers on the left and the right with the line or groove indentation on the side of the locks and then push the actuate button to open the clasp lock.
