How do I setup the SoundMAX device for AUX line-out?
I would check on the Soundmax software set-up on the PC and make sure that the AUX is set for a line-out connect.

How do I set up the Soundmax software for an AUX line out connection? I used to listen to music on the philips FW650C on AUX channel but the laptop doesn't seem to work with the NAD C 320BEE hi-fi amp. I didn't change the properties. The AUX cable is working. The amp is working when I connect to line in and the amp behaves as a monitor. Is there any drivers I should set-up? I don't see any AUX part when I double click on the sound icon on the task bar. Please help. Thank you.

The cable from the computer simply needs to be plugged in to the speaker/headphone jack on the computer, then run to the AUX input on the amp. Make sure the volume on the computer is set to about 75% - 90%.
