The most common source of front suspension squeek for your vehicle a ball joint that has not been lubricated with each oil change. I would liberaly lubricate the upper and lower ball joints and re-evaluate your noise issue. While this may temporarily resolve the noise concern, the lower ball joints will most likely require replacement. Good luck.
