How do I switch my Panasonic NN-CD989S from Celcius to Fahrenheit?
The oven made the switch to Celcius on its own. The product manual does not mention anything about switching between Celcius and Fahrenheit. The Panasonic tech support cannot advise beyond what's in the product manual. Help! -------- UPDATE: I actually stumbled on a solution in Amazon user comments for this product! In case anyone encounters the same issue, just unplug your oven, then plug back in and press START. The display will show "kg C". By pressing START again, it'll toggle to display "Lb F". At this point, press STOP/CLEAR and the oven will go into normal operating mode (you'll need to reset the time on the clock though).

Talk with your local service agent and see if he can advise on what to do as he probably has met this problem in servicing units and has to change the setting
now would be a good time to write that in the operators manual incase you have the problem again and forget how you did it
