How do i take my blu 5.0 off safe mode
Cause it is frozen and i cant touch it it wont move ar any thing i tryed to reset it that wouldnt work i tried looking online how to do it i tried to ask my mom how to do it she said she didnt know how to do it she tried every thing i did

With the phone powered on, remove the back, and take out the battery. DON'T POWER OFF THE PHONE, just remove the battery, and leave it out for approx. 5 minutes then power it back up again. Safe mode should be de-activated then...
