How do i take the straps off to wash the cover?
I am trying to wash the pad and i can not get the straps off because the plastic pieces are not able to push through the base

Go from behind car-seat, undo belt on metal hook, then pull through the liner.
There is a hook at top and another at very bottom, just unhook the belt from hook and pull through
