How do I turn off ZTE Speed phone when there's an image stuck on screen?
My son was playing a game and it froze on him. Now, there's an image stuck on screen. I hold power button down but it won't restart. How do I restart to hopefully get it unfrozen? It still rings if someone calls, it still beeps for messages, but I can't do anything on it.

To unfreeze most phones is to remove the battery, but for the ZTE Speed the battery is integrated into the phone. Best things I would do is to take it where you bought it, or just let the battery run out of charge.

You don't turn it off , you will have to take the battery out and let it turn off by itself. then it should work.
